Congratulations! You are invited to submit an
application to the United Way of Dodge City 2010 & 2011 Community
Investment Allocation funding process. This page provides links to information
on how to prepare and submit your application, as well as forms for
your agency to complete.
The allocation cap for
2010 and 2011 is $25,000.

Calendar:

The application and all required
documentation is due in the United Way of Dodge City office by
4:30 p.m. March 15, 2010.

The applications will be reviewed
by the Allocation Review Teams, if your Agency request meets our
guidelines, you will be contacted to schedule a mandatory
presentation/question and answer session with the Allocation
Review Team. This approximately 15 minute
presentation/session will take place March 30, April 1, April 6,
and April 8, between the hours of 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM at Bank
of the West, 400 W. Frontview Road, Dodge City, Kansas.

The volunteer teams will hear
presentations/session, seek additional information, assess the
request and provide a recommendation to the United Way Board of
Directors. The United Way Board of Directors will meet
for final approval. Agencies will be notified of the allocation
decisions after the Board of Directors meeting.
