Congratulations! You are invited to submit an application to the United Way of Dodge City 2008 & 2009 Community Investment Allocation funding process. The following is information on how to prepare and submit your application, as well as forms for your agency to complete.

United Way of Dodge City is moving towards a new Community Investment two year funding cycle. We are taking a closer look at Programs offered by the Agencies and the impact they have on our community and its residents. We define Programs as a set of related activities and outputs directed at common or closely related purposes that a meaningful portion of the agency’s resources is dedicated to achieve. We feel this change in funding will provide a way to better measure results of the allocated dollars and to provide optimum values of service delivery to our community. If you have applied before, you will notice that this year we are asking for less information about your agency, but more about the Program for which you are seeking funding.

We realize that our request for you to measure the impact of your Programs may present challenges to you. We understand that you are a small agency with limited resources and we are not asking you for scientific Program evaluations. We can provide advice on outcome measures and indicators. You can also find a wealth of information on this topic by following these links:
